Communicating the following informations:
– Total number of people and types of bed required
– Date of check in and check out
– Your address or telephone number so that we can confirm your booking
– Specify if you want an half board or B&B

Within a few days you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. This is accompanied by the instructions telling you how to send a deposit. Your booking will be valid for 10 days from the date of our written confirmation; within, and no later than this expiry date you should make the payment of the deposit.

In the event of cancellation a deposit which has already been paid is not refundable and will be retained by us as a penalty for cancellation. The deposit is repayable only when the cancellation has been sent to us 60 days before the date of the beginning of the stay

The payment of the balance will be made upon arrival.
